GEFORCE CUP 2017 Group Stage teams - Group A

The closed qualification stage of the GEFORCE CUP 2017 kicks off on the 10th of May! Eight formidable teams, who fought their way out in the open qualifications will struggle once again for desired spots in the ESPORT NOW 2017 finals, held in Wroclaw. The first to go is the Group A.

There are four teams participating in the group A: Pompa Team.black, Outlaws, fightclub and Pride. Description of each team could be found below.

Pompa Team.black

  • Piotr "p1xa" Wojtysiak
  • Michał "mono" Gabszewicz
  • Kacper "darko" Ściera
  • Damian "Pevor" Kozioł
  • Patryk "ponczek" Wites

Pompa Team.black represents the Polish organisation Pompa Team. Although their battle trail is not particularly long, they have proven themselves in the competition by reporting high scores so far. Despite the promotion to the closed stage of the GEFORCE CUP 2017, Pompa Team.black entered the Polish Esport League; they also test their skills at the international tournaments.

  • Nikolay "niki1" Pantaleev
  • Cvetelin "CeRq" Dimitrov
  • Nikola "NK4Y" Radushev
  • Teodor "SPELLAN" Nikolov
  • Ivan "Rock1nG" Stratiev

Outlaws is a Bulgarian battle-scared team on the European CS:GO scene. Even though they grasped the promotion in the fourth approach, during their first attempt, they lacked only the precious little as they lost in extra time against Imperial. Yet, they have not faced a single team from their current group as of now, so we can only expect thrilling duels.

  • Robin "robiin" Sjögren
  • Linus "b0bbzki" Lundqvist
  • Dylan "HS" Hamrini
  • Ali Abdulaziz "Konshi" Ali
  • Dennis "dipparn" Muslijevic

The construction of fightclub is built on solid fundament of Swedish players. However the current composition was assembled not so long ago, the promotion to the closed stage proves them worthy. Moreover, it should be noted that in the last month they faced Fnatic Academy – also invited to the GEFORCE CUP 2017 – and the team doing their best and playing great match until the very end; in the extra time, nevertheless, Fnatic had the upper hand.

  • Piotr "morelz" Taterka
  • Konrad "EXUS" Jeńczeń
  • Paweł "reatz" Jańczak
  • Jacek "MINISE" Jeziak
  • Maciej "Luz" Bugaj

PRIDE is a Polish organisation composed of players widely recognised on the international CS:GO scene, and standing high in regional rankings. In the past, they have challenged one of best teams in the world, G2, GODSENT and North always keeping their guard and striking back.
